All Vivilon products are warranted to be of good quality and manufactured to rigid standards. Under this Warranty, we will provide, at NO CHARGE, product to replace any products shown to be defective when applied in accordance with our written instructions in applications recommended by us as suitable for the product. Because how the surface is cleaned is critical to product performance, the retained sample of that product batch that your product shipped from is used to determine absolutely whether your product met ALL of these standards.
Any Other claim, whether for a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product of a different one than you initially ordered, that does not fall under the terms of this warranty, will be considered on a case by case basis; but, are totally at the manufacturers discretion for fairness and equity.
